Seems to be a secretive organization, requests for minutes and membership lists have been denied. Are 501c organizations required to share this information?

Current schedule published) is not reflective of "mission". Suggested that we are outside of R1 zoning. There should not be fundraisers for X, weddings, etc.

What percentage of Gala funds goes to LLF?

Everything changed when Gala came back.

Can you give a comparison of what has been raised each of the past few years? we LLF) might not have the expenses we do if we did not have Gala)

Festival is a tradition that should stay on this property.

I love festival, but would like to see Gala gone and the loud bands go

What happened to the idea of gardens on the grounds?

why not create a "code of ethics" around the use of the property?)

There are good, bad and neutral emotions around the issues and concerns

Gala needs new leadership and be off the grounds

Members need to hear what is going on.

Insight - changes in by-laws regarding length of term could effect 501C status

Would like to see more open board meeting...leverage past board members to smooth) out discontinuity caused by all terms ending at same time

Since of community needs to be recaptured, bigger is not better, don't try to get something for everyone, slow down and cut overhead and keep the community

Size of two summer festivals, Gala and Lakeside has "morphed" into something terrible, people attending are not "townies" integrity lost
