The 32nd Lakeside Festival is the premier event hosted by Lakeside Legacy
Foundation. The 2010 Festival attendance drew more than 50,000 to the beautiful
12-acres of Lakeside Park. The Festival continues to be the largest showcase of
local restaurants and entertainment in the Crystal Lake and McHenry County
communities.The 2011 Festival dates are June 30th, July 1, 2, 3, &4th. We are
excited to expand our schedule to satisfy the demands of the community and the
Fourth of July celebrations.The Crystal Lake Women's of Today children's bicycle
parade is on Saturday, July 2nd. Both the Parade and Fireworks are scheduled for
Sunday, July 3rd. Lakeside Festival includes the family-friendly Baggo (bag
toss) tournament, a children's ice-cream eating contest, and children and family
entertainment/programs during the daytime hours of Festival. Lakeside offers $1
off coupon to families purchasing unlimited carnival ride wristbands.
