Creative Apron Series: Laughing in the Kitchen
with Jasmine Rose, Author of 'Cooking with Spirit'

Food of Ecuador with wine on Thursday, Feb. 24th at 6:30pm. Learn how to make great food paired with excellent wine! $45 a person and a $5 discount for two registrations.

Rachel is a former restaurant owner, a personal chef, caterer & graduate of Kendall College of Culinary Arts. For 13 years she has sold her breads, foccacia, tarts, strudel, cakes and so much more at farmers markets in Barrington, Algonquin & Crystal Lake

Thursday, Feb. 17th 6:30pm Foccacia Making Class
Saturday, Feb. 19th 2pm Bread Baking Class

Each baker will learn to make one base dough and three different kinds of breads/foccacia. Each participant will pick one recipe to bake in class & will leave with one bread/foccacia and three recipes! Ingredients are healthy and organic!
